What are Ghost Cars?

Ghost cars are any vehicle (truck, suv, car) that does not have a logo or label to it. Similar to the Federation vehicle that has Federation seals on it, the EMTs, taxis, insurance cars also have logos on them to make them easily identifiable. Ghost cars are plain cars without any sticker or logo so a person can commit a crime and drive away blending in with the rest of traffic, unless the person has a license plate number that car is a ghost.
